PAYMENT METHOD
At the Box Office:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, QR Pay and Apple Pay.
Online:
Debit Card, Credit Card, FPX, Alipay, Grabpay, Atome, Setel, Touch 'n Go.
Tickets purchased using Atome will be allowed entry ONLY if there are no missed payments prior to the concert date. Any missed or unfinished payments for tickets purchased using Atome will result in the ticket being cancelled and not able to be used for entry to the concert.
CONDITIONS OF SALE

Valid tickets are required for admittance into the concert hall.

No refunds. All sales are final.

Discounts cannot be combined.

Concessions are only redeemable at the Box Office counter.

Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS reserves the right to introduce discounts and other price changes, and vary seating arrangements without notice.

Out of consideration for both the audience and artists, children under 8 are not allowed in the concert hall unless otherwise indicated.

For the Family Fun Day concert, only children aged 4 years and above are allowed with admission tickets.

The artistic programme (including all artists and repertoire) is subject to change without notice.

Tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours prior to the original performance for another performance in this Season.

Exchanges are done on a ticket-for-ticket basis and any difference in price will either be charged or forfeited.

All exchanges must be done in person at the Box Office and the original tickets must be returned.

Any exchanges will be charged a fee of RM5 per ticket.

Any lost ticket cannot be exchanged for another concert.

RM5 per ticket will be charged for any reprint ticket.

No food and drinks are allowed into the hall.

The ticket price excludes RM5 per ticket fee & 3.5% per online transaction for all payment methods.
WHEELCHAIR USERS
A ticket purchased by a wheelchair user includes a complimentary ticket for a companion. Please contact our Box Office at 03 2331 7007 or email to contactus@dfp.com.my for further assistance regarding the wheelchair accessibility during the concert.

STRICTLY NO TORN JEANS, SHORTS, COLLARLESS T-SHIRTS AND SWEATSHIRTS, SINGLETS, SPORTS ATTIRE, SLIPPERS AND FLIP-FLOPS AT ANY TIME.
PARKING
Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP) is situated at the PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. There is a basement autopay car park at KLCC. When you enter the basement car park, follow the signs marked ‘Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS’.
FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED
Facilities for wheelchair users include a ramp to the foyer, a lift with low-level buttons, levelled floor and a designated wheelchair position in the stalls. A unisex toilet for customers with disabilities is available at the Stalls Foyer, Circle and Upper Circle levels. An induction loop is available in the Stalls and relays the performance to those using hearing aids with a T-setting. Please advise us at the time you purchase your tickets if you require the above services.
LATECOMERS
Concerts at DFP begin promptly at the advertised starting time. No latecomers will be admitted until the interval or a suitable break in the programme. Members of the audience who leave the hall before or during the performance will not be re-admitted until the next suitable break.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
(including mobile phones, watch alarms etc.)
All concert goers are requested to switch off their mobile phones, watch alarms and other electronic devices before entering the concert hall. All usage of mobile phones is prohibited; this is to ensure an ideal concert experience both for the performers and other concert goers.
RECORDING EQUIPMENT
(including cameras, video recorders, mobile phones, any sort of studio recording equipments)
All forms of visual and audio recording are strictly prohibited in the concert hall during the performances and concerts. We seek the co-operation and understanding of all audience members in observing this policy.
SECURITY CHECKS
The safety and security of our patrons are of the utmost importance to us. Whether you decide to deposit your bags or bring them into the hall, your bags may be subject to security checks.
LOCKERS
All bulky items, plastic carriers, backpacks, large briefcases, luggage and umbrellas must be placed at the lockers at Level 1. Free locker facilities are available at Level 1 of the concert hall. It is opened 30 minutes before performance until 30 minutes after its conclusion.
FOODS & BEVERAGES
Foods and beverages are not allowed in the concert hall.
NO SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the concert hall.
RELEASE OF IMAGE AND AUDIO FOR CONCERTGOERS
By participating in the event, you and every individual in your group consent to the possibility of being filmed and/or recorded. You also grant DFP/MPO permission to use your image, likeness, and voice acquired at the event across all DFP/MPO digital platforms and print collateral for any purpose without requiring compensation or additional permission.
